Disbursement of Loan Amount. Xxxxxx hereby agrees to disburse and lend to Toolbox the principal sum of Thousand Dollars ($ ) (the “Loan Amount”). Lender shall deliver the Loan Amount to Toolbox as soon as reasonably practicable and in no event later than two (2) business days following the execution of this Agreement by check, wire transfer, electronic funds transfer, or through such other means as may be agreed upon by the Parties.
Disbursement of Loan Amount. 3.1. The Lender shall issue a loan to the Borrower in the Loan Amount specified in clause 1.1.3 in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Agreement.
