Common use of Disability Vacation Payout Clause in Contracts

Disability Vacation Payout. Any employee who at December 31 of a given year is on short-term disability and has been on said short term disability for a duration of six (6) months or longer, shall be paid any remaining previous year's vacation entitlement. At the point in time where the employee has been on disability for one year, the employee shall be paid their remaining vacation entitlement.
