Common use of DIRECT PERSONNEL EXPENSE Clause in Contracts

DIRECT PERSONNEL EXPENSE. 3.2.1 Direct Personnel Expense for the Consultant’s employees and all Sub-consultants for such hours of their time as are devoted to performing Basic Services to the Project shall be determined in accordance with the Consultant’s Staffing Plan. Direct Personnel Expense shall be evidenced by time records certified by the Consultant.
