Direct Dealing. Landlord and Tenant mutually represent and agree that they are dealing together directly as principals without the involvement of any agents; that they met each other and learned of each other’s requirements for this Lease, all without any assistance or involvement by any real estate agent or broker. Landlord and Tenant each agree to hold the other harmless for any real estate commission or fees owing (or claimed to be owing) by reason of the breach of the above representations or agreements. In that regard, Tenant agrees to hold Landlord harmless for any commission, claim of commission or other compensation by Cornish and ▇▇▇▇▇ by reason of this transaction.
Direct Dealing. If there is any issue that is questionable and affects the changes in working conditions, work hours, or salary of a member, the Administration must discuss the issue with the LHEA prior to making a determination. If the employee is unsatisfied with the response, he or she may appeal the decision through the grievance process. The Union and the Employer agree to be bound by the timelines in the grievance process unless it is mutually agreed to extend them.
