Digitization of Analog Channels. Grantee may, at its sole discretion, move analog PEG Access Channels to digital format, if and when all Subscribers who wis h to receive PEG Access Channels already have the necessary equipment to view programs in digital format. The City may require Grantee to digitally compress one or more of the analog PEG Access Channels at or after the time that Grantee converts a majority of the local broadcast channels carried on its Cable System to compressed digital transmission.

Digitization of Analog Channels. If during the period covered by this franchise, the Grantee converts any portion of its cable system to digital or compressed digital transmission, the City shall nevertheless retain exclusive control of 6 MHz bandwidth for each initial Access Channel provided to the City as specified in Section 6.4. The City may require the Grantee at its expense to digitally compress all or any portion of the PEG Access channels at or after the time that Grantee converts a substantial portion of its Cable system’s current analog bandwidth to digital transmission. In the event Grantee reasonably determines that any such conversion the City may request is not economically or technically feasible, the Grantee may invoke the procedure of Section 21.2 in lieu of immediate compliance, in which event the burden shall be on the Grantee to demonstrate that such conversion is not technically or economically feasible.

  • Human Leukocyte Antigen Testing This plan covers human leukocyte antigen testing for A, B, and DR antigens once per member per lifetime to establish a member’s bone marrow transplantation donor suitability in accordance with R.I. General Law §27-20-36. The testing must be performed in a facility that is: • accredited by the American Association of Blood Banks or its successors; and • licensed under the Clinical Laboratory Improvement Act as it may be amended from time to time. At the time of testing, the person being tested must complete and sign an informed consent form that also authorizes the results of the test to be used for participation in the National Marrow Donor program.

  • Manufacturing Services Jabil will manufacture the Product in accordance with the Specifications and any applicable Build Schedules. Jabil will reply to each proposed Build Schedule that is submitted in accordance with the terms of this Agreement by notifying Company of its acceptance or rejection within three (3) business days of receipt of any proposed Build Schedule. In the event of Jabil’s rejection of a proposed Build Schedule, Jabil’s notice of rejection will specify the basis for such rejection.   • MSAA Indicator Technical Specification Document This Agreement shall be interpreted with reference to the MSAA Indicator Technical Specifications document.

  • Random Drug Testing All employees covered by this Agreement shall be subject to random drug testing in accordance with Appendix D.
