Common use of Development, Operation and Management Report Clause in Contracts

Development, Operation and Management Report. The Developer shall, no later than 7 (seven) days after the close of each month, furnish to the Authority a monthly development report on progress of the development of the Project Facilities. The Developer shall also promptly give such other relevant information as may be required by the Authority in its development including the details mentioned in Schedule 3.
