Common use of Development and Implementation Clause in Contracts

Development and Implementation. Three (3) nurses, including one representative of the PNCC, shall participate in the committee along with the appropriate Agency representatives. This committee shall be charged with development of the program criteria. Once the Program is developed, a standing committee shall be formed to be responsible for administering the PNAP program including the review of application and program criteria. The PNCC shall continue to have a designated seat on the standing committee.
