Subject to the prior consent of DigitalWork, which consent will not be unreasonably withheld, AOL will be entitled to establish navigational icons, links and pointers connecting the Co-Branded Site (or portions thereof) with other content areas on or outside of the AOL Network. Additionally, in cases where an AOL User performs a search for DigitalWork through any search or navigational tool or mechanism that is accessible or available through the AOL Network (e.g., Promotions, Keyword Search Terms, or any other promotions or navigational tools), AOL shall have the right to direct such AOL User to the Co- Branded Site, or any other DigitalWork Interactive Site determined by AOL in its reasonable discretion.

In cases where an ICQ User performs a search for MP through any search or navigational tool or mechanism that is accessible or available through the ICQ Network (e.g., Promotions, search terms, or any other promotions or navigational tools), ICQ shall have the right to direct such ICQ User to the MP Areas, or any other MP Interactive Site determined by ICQ in its reasonable discretion.

Boxlot shall not, in conjunction with the Service, use any interstitials, pop-up windows, other intermediate steps or any other technology or content which acts as a barrier to the transition of a User from theglobe Site to the Co-Branded Pages, nor shall Boxlot otherwise frame the Co-Branded Pages or use any other technology which interferes with or affects the page layout of such pages. All Co-Branded Pages shall link back to theglobe Site as specified by theglobe.

AOL LOOK AND FEEL. ICP acknowledges and agrees that AOL shall own all right, title and interest in and to the AOL Look and Feel. In addition, AOL shall retain editorial control over the portions of the AOL pages and forms which frame the ICP Internet Site or ICP Programming (the "AOL FRAMES"). AOL may, at its discretion, incorporate navigational icons, links and pointers or other Content into such AOL Frames.
Navigation. The Navigator tool and the associated functionality will be part of this module. The navigation tool will allow the user to visually see the relational product data within the Juggernaut central database. The user will be able to navigate the products categories listed within the Juggernaut database and see a list of all the items that belong in that category. The navigation tool will also allow the user to restrict the number of associated product relationships that are visible.
