Development, Adoption and Amendment of the Public School Facilities Element (PSFE). The County and the City shall maintain and update a Public School Facilities Element which is consistent with those adopted by the other Local Governments within the County. The PSFE and this Agreement must be consistent with each other. In the event that it becomes necessary to amend the PSFE, the Local Government wishing to initiate an amendment shall request review through the SWG prior to transmitting the amendment to the DEO. The SWG shall be responsible for distributing the amendment to all Parties to this Agreement for review and comment.

Development, Adoption and Amendment of the Public School Facilities Element (PSFE) a) The County and the Cities shall adopt a Public School Facilities Element which is consistent with those adopted by the other local governments within the County. The Public School Facilities Element must also be consistent with this Agreement, Chapter 163.3177(12), F.S., and Rule 9J-5.025, F.A.C. The County and the Cities shall notify the Oversight group when the PSFE is adopted and becomes effective.

  • Joint Network Implementation and Grooming Process Upon request of either Party, the Parties shall jointly develop an implementation and grooming process (the “Joint Grooming Process” or “Joint Process”) which may define and detail, inter alia:

  • Interconnection Facilities Engineering Procurement and Construction Interconnection Facilities, Network Upgrades, and Distribution Upgrades shall be studied, designed, and constructed pursuant to Good Utility Practice. Such studies, design and construction shall be based on the assumed accuracy and completeness of all technical information received by the Participating TO and the CAISO from the Interconnection Customer associated with interconnecting the Large Generating Facility.

  • Modification of the Small Generating Facility The Interconnection Customer must receive written authorization from the NYISO and Connecting Transmission Owner before making any change to the Small Generating Facility that may have a material impact on the safety or reliability of the New York State Transmission System or the Distribution System. Such authorization shall not be unreasonably withheld. Modifications shall be done in accordance with Good Utility Practice. If the Interconnection Customer makes such modification without the prior written authorization of the NYISO and Connecting Transmission Owner, the Connecting Transmission Owner shall have the right to temporarily disconnect the Small Generating Facility. If disconnected, the Small Generating Facility will not be reconnected until the unauthorized modifications are authorized or removed.

  • Development of the Project 4.1 TSP's obligations in development of the Project: Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, the TSP at its own cost and expense shall observe, comply with, perform, undertake and be responsible:

  • Alterations and Amendments This Agreement, applicable fees and service charges may be altered or amended from time-to-time. In such event, we will provide notice to you. Any use of the Service after we provide you a notice of change will constitute your agreement to such change(s). Further, we may, from time to time, revise or update the applications, services, and/or related material, which may render all such prior versions obsolete. The Promoter shall develop the Project in accordance with the bye-laws such as Haryana Building Code, 2017, FAR, density norms, provisions prescribed, approved plans, terms and condition of the license/ allotment as well as registration of RERA, etc. Subject to the terms in this Agreement, the Promoter undertakes to strictly abide by such plans approved by the competent authorities and shall also strictly abide by the provisions and norms prescribed by the relevant State laws and shall not have an option to make any variation/ alteration/ modification in such plans, other than in the manner provided under the Act and Rules made thereunder or as per approvals/instructions/ guidelines of the competent authorities, and any breach of this term by the Promoter shall constitute a material breach of the Agreement.
