Common use of DETAILS Clause in Contracts

DETAILS. The Customer hereby acknowledges and agrees that the Company relies on the details of description, items, pallet space, quantity, weight, quality, value and measurement concerning the Goods as supplied by the Customer. The Customer warrants the truth and accuracy of all the information that it provides to the Company in connection with the Goods. Without limiting the application of Clause 1.11, the Customer must at all times comply, and ensure that its personnel comply, with all applicable requirements of the Chain of Responsibility Legislation.
