Common use of Destruction of Records Clause in Contracts

Destruction of Records. Any documents, schedules, invoices or other papers delivered to any Agent-Related Person, any Lender or the Issuing Bank at their option may be destroyed or otherwise disposed of by them six (6) months after they are delivered to or received by them, unless the Borrower requests, in writing, the return of such documents, schedules, invoices or other papers and makes reasonably acceptable arrangements, at the Borrower's expense, for their return.
