Designation, packaging and transportation of the Goods. The Seller is obliged to properly, clearly and permanently designate the Goods in accordance with requirements specified in the TDC. The Seller shall ensure that the Goods are packed and transported in a manner consistent with the terms and requirements specified in this Contract and in TDC. In each case the Seller must ensure that the Goods are packed and transported so that they are delivered to the place of their delivery without any damage and in good condition. The packaging must be appropriate to the nature of the Goods, used means and manner of their transportation and possibilities of their unloading and storage.

  • ENHANCED AND SUPPLEMENTAL SERVICES BY COUNTY 8 1. Enhanced services for events on CITY property. At the request of CITY, 9 through its City Manager, SHERIFF may provide enhanced law enforcement 10 services for functions, such as community events, conducted on property 11 that is owned, leased or operated by CITY. SHERIFF shall determine 12 personnel and equipment needed for such enhanced services. To the 13 extent the services provided at such events are at a level greater than that 14 specified in Attachment A of this Agreement, CITY shall reimburse COUNTY 15 for such additional services, at an amount computed by SHERIFF, based on 16 the current year’s COUNTY law enforcement cost study. The cost of these 17 enhanced services shall be in addition to the Maximum Obligation of CITY 18 set forth in Subsection G-2 of this Agreement. SHERIFF shall xxxx CITY 19 immediately after each such event.

  • Department of Transportation Bridge Maintenance employees, when actually climbing the cable stays of the Penobscot Narrows Bridge for inspection and/or repair, shall be compensated at the rate of ten dollars ($10.00) an hour in addition to their regular hourly rate of pay. Employees shall be compensated for a minimum of one (1) hour of such work regardless of the length of the climbing assignment.

  • Quality Control Program The Contractor shall describe the Quality Control Program in a written document which shall be reviewed by the Engineer prior to the start of any production, construction, or off-site fabrication. The written Quality Control Program shall be submitted to the Engineer for review at least ten (10) calendar days before the start of construction.
