Design Document Sample Clauses
A Design Document clause outlines the requirement for the preparation, submission, and approval of detailed design documents as part of a project or contract. Typically, this clause specifies the format, content, and timeline for delivering design documents, and may set out the process for review, feedback, and revisions by the client or relevant authority. Its core function is to ensure that all parties have a clear, agreed-upon reference for the project's design, reducing misunderstandings and providing a basis for evaluating compliance with project requirements.
