Common use of Design Document Clause in Contracts

Design Document. Nanosys shall supply to In-Q-Tel a detailed set of design documents that provides the following: - A detailed description of materials and improvements for the Breadboard Phase oscillator including both design and performance, and - a description of the processes employed to produce the Breadboard Phase. The description shall be at the level of detail consistent with a "Materials and Methods" section of a scientific publication.
