Nonappropriation Agency’s obligation to pay any amounts and otherwise perform its duties under this Grant is conditioned upon Agency receiving funding, appropriations, limitations, allotments, or other expenditure authority sufficient to allow Agency, in the exercise of its reasonable administrative discretion, to meet its obligations under this Grant. Revenues 1. Earnings generated during the project implementation through the sales of products and merchandise, participation fees or any other provisions of services against payment must be deducted from the amount of costs incurred by the project in line with Art 61 of Regulation 1303/2013 and stipulations in the programme implementation manual.
Production Lessee shall, subject to applicable laws, regulations and orders, operate and produce all xxxxx upon the leased land so long as the same are capable of producing in paying quantities, and shall operate the same so as to produce at a rate commensurate with the rate of production of xxxxx on adjoining lands within the same field and within the limits of good engineering practice, except for such times as there exist neither market nor storage therefore, and except for such limitations on, or suspensions of, production as may be approved in writing by Lessor. Lessee shall be responsible for adequate site security on all producing properties.
Plan Information The Employee agrees to receive copies of the Plan, the Plan prospectus and other Plan information, including information prepared to comply with Applicable Laws outside the United States, from the Long-term Incentives website and stockholder information, including copies of any annual report, proxy and Form 10-K, from the investor relations section of the Company's website at xxx.xx.xxx. The Employee acknowledges that copies of the Plan, Plan prospectus, Plan information and stockholder information are available upon written or telephonic request to the Company Secretary. The Employee hereby consents to receive any documents related to current or future participation in the Plan by electronic delivery and agrees to participate in the Plan through an on-line or electronic system established and maintained by the Company or a third party designated by the Company.
Profit After giving effect to the special allocations set forth in Section 5.01(c), (d), and (e) hereof, and subject to Section 5.01(f), Profit of the Partnership for each fiscal year of the Partnership shall be allocated to the Partners in accordance with their respective Percentage Interests.
