Deputy Superintendent of Schools. a. If the grievance is not satisfactorily adjusted, the aggrieved employee may appeal it within five (5) school days to the appropriate superior for a satisfactory adjustment. The appeal shall be in writing and shall set forth specifically the act or condition and the grounds on which the grievance is based.
