Common use of Department’s Separate Contractors Clause in Contracts

Department’s Separate Contractors. Design-Builder agrees to include the activities of Department’s Separate Contractors into the Baseline Schedule. Design-Builder shall reasonably cooperate with Department’s Separate Contractors and coordinate its activities with those of such Separate Contractors so that the Project can be completed in an orderly and coordinated manner without unreasonable disruption.
