Dentistry. 3.1 Prior to Implementation the Developer will provide the Council with the Dental Services Proposal for the Council's written approval. 3.2 The Parties may agree updates to the Dental Services Proposal from time to time. 3.3 The Developer will thereafter implement the approved Dental Services Proposal (or updated or replacement proposal) for the duration of the Construction Period and shall adhere to and comply with its provisions.
