The Dentistry clause defines the terms and conditions under which dental services are provided or covered within an agreement. Dentistry. Effective January I, 1962, an addi­ tional five cents (5$) per hour on all hours worked as defined herein shall be contributed to a Fund administered by the Trustees for the purpose of providing Dental Care for eligible employees and their dependents. Such Dental Care shall be avail­ able to said employees and their dependents no later than January 2, 1962.
Dentistry. The PPO does not cover general dental services, defined as operations on or treatment of the teeth and immediately supporting tissues. Such general dental services include but are not limited to, restoration, correction of malocclusion and/or orthodontia, repair or extraction of erupted teeth or impacted teeth, dental X-rays, anesthesia, analgesia, or other professional or hospital charges for services or supplies in connection with treatment of or operations on the teeth or immediately supporting structures or any ancillary medical procedures required to support a general dental service. However, the PPO will cover expenses related to the emergency treatment of sound natural teeth as set forth in Section
Dentistry. 3.1 Prior to Implementation the Developer will provide the Council with the Dental Services Proposal for the Council's written approval. 3.2 The Parties may agree updates to the Dental Services Proposal from time to time. 3.3 The Developer will thereafter implement the approved Dental Services Proposal (or updated or replacement proposal) for the duration of the Construction Period and shall adhere to and comply with its provisions.
Dentistry. 3.1 Prior to Implementation the Developer shall provide the Council and BCUHB with the Dental Services Proposal for the Council's written approval in consultation with BCUHB. 3.2 The Developer and the Council in consultation with BCUHB may agree updates to (or replacement of) the Dental Services Proposal from time to time. 3.3 In the event that BCUHB refuses to engage with the Council to approve the Dental Services Proposal within three months of submission then the Council may approve the Dental Services Proposal without BCUHB's input.
Dentistry. 5.2.1 Insurer shall compensate to Insured dental expenses in events of acute illness or trauma, which happened abroad, for: 5.2.1.1 doctor’s advice;

Implants, bridges, crowns and root canals even if necessitated by or related to trauma to sound natural teeth are not covered.
