Delivery Questionnaire. Customer agrees to complete a Delivery Questionnaire in the form provided by Tanium, with the current version attached as Exhibit B. Customer acknowledges and agrees that Tanium will rely on information provided by Customer and the information provided by Customer will be true, accurate and complete. Tanium is only responsible for delivering the Hardware to the delivery location(s) specified in the Delivery Questionnaire, and, in the event of a conflict with respect to the delivery locations in the Delivery Questionnaire and any other document, including the purchase order, the information in the Delivery Questionnaire will supersede and prevail over any other document.
