Delivery of Shell Plans and Preparation of Preliminary Plans. As soon as available, Landlord shall deliver to Tenant the plans for the portion of the Project showing the Premises’ shell (the “Shell Plans”). The Shell Plans shall consist of complete architectural, structural and civil plans and at least baseline plans of mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems. When will these be available? They need to be attached to the lease or our execution will need to be subject to review and acceptance of the plans.

Workmanship and materials shall be of good quality.
