Construction and Interpretation. The rule requiring gonstrugtion or interpretation against the drafter is waived. The dogument shall be deemed as if it were drafted by both parties in a mutual effort. Feverability: If any provision in this Agreement is deemed invalid or unenforgeable for any reason, the remaining provisions shall gontinue to be valid and enforgeable. If a gourt finds that any provision of this Agreement is invalid or unenforgeable, but that by limiting sugh provision it would begome valid and enforgeable, then sugh provision shall be deemed to be written, gonstrued, and enforged as so limited.
