Delivery of Goods. 4. The Buyer shall with due care make a customary inspection of the Goods upon delivery and notify the Seller in writing of any defects or shortcomings immediately and in no case later than five (5) business days after the delivery of the Goods. The notice shall contain a description of how the defect manifests itself.
