Delivery of Collections or Recoveries. In the event that Seller receives collections or recoveries with respect to the Receivables, Seller agrees to pay to HARC (or to the Master Servicer if HARC so directs) all such collections and recoveries to the extent such amounts are payable to HARC as soon as practicable after receipt thereof.
