Delivery of Collections or Recoveries. If RPA Seller receives Collections or Recoveries, RPA Seller agrees to pay to Purchaser (or the Servicer if Purchaser so directs) all such Collections and Recoveries as soon as practicable after receipt thereof but in no event later than two Business Days after the Date of Processing by RPA Seller, provided that for so long as RPA Seller is acting as Servicer pursuant to the applicable Transfer Agreement, RPA Seller shall apply Collections and Recoveries received by it in accordance with the applicable Transfer Agreement.
