FirmGas' up tothe MaximumDaily Quantityset forthin the ServiceAgreement, shallbe firm andshallnotbe subjectto curtailmentor interruptionby Sellerexceptthat causedby ForceMajura,or operatingconditionsbeyondSeller's controlo, r where suchcurtailmenotr interruptionis the resultof,or pursuant to,operatingproceduresprescribedby the Commission.Deliverieshereundershallhave priorityoveralldeliveriesmade by Selleronan interruptiblbeasis.

Firm Gas' up to the Maximum Daily Quantityset forth in the Service Agreement,shall be firm and shall not be subjectto curtailmentor interruption by Seller except that caused by Force Xxxxxx,or operatingconditionsbeyond Seller'scontrol, orwhere suchcudaiImentorinterruption is the result of, or pursuantto, operatingprocedures prescribedby the Commission.
