PRIORITY AND ALLOCATION OF TRANSPORTATION SERVICE. It is acknowledged by Buyer that other end-users of natural gas may from time to time contract with Seller for the transportation of natural gas owned by them. In the event that available capacity or operating conditions exist which limit the acceptance by Seller of natural gas to an amount that is less than the aggregate volume of all such natural gas tendered for transportation and redelivery by any or all end-users that have contracted with Seller for transportation service, the following priorities and allocations shall apply:
