INITIAL SERVICE. Xxxxx agrees to begin purchasing natural gas under the terrus and conditions of this Service Agreement at 10;00 A.M. Eastern Time on May 1, 2012, or as soon thereafter as Buyer and Seller have their respective facilities installed. SCEG06-010 OF AGREEMENT
INITIAL SERVICE. Xxxxx agrees to begin purchasing natural gas under the terms and conditions of this Service Agreement at 10:00 A.M. Eastern Time on January 1, 2007, at which time the SCEG06-010 Service Agreement between Safety-Kleen Corp. and Seller dated June 12, 1997, shall terminate. ° TERM OF AGREEMENT This Agreement shall become effective on January 1, 2007, and shall continue in full force and effect through December 31, 2007, and from month to month thereafter unless either party shall give written notice of intention to terminate at least thirty (30) days prior to the expiration of the original term or any one month extension thereof.
INITIAL SERVICE. Buyer agrees to begin purchasing natural gas under the terms and conditions of this Agreement at 10:00 A.M. Eastern Time on Octobei' 1,2015.
INITIAL SERVICE. Buyer agrees to begin purchasing natural gas under the terms and conditions of this Service Agreement at 8:00 A.M. Eastern Time on April 1, 1997, at which time the Service Agreement between Buyer and Seller dated April 2, 1990 and as amended on November 26, 1996, shall terminate.
INITIAL SERVICE. Xxxxx agrees to begin purchasing natural gas under the terms and conditions of this Service Agreement at 10:00 A.M. Eastern Time on July 1, 2012, at which time the SCEG06-010 30, 2009, shall terminate.
INITIAL SERVICE. Xxxxx agrees to begin purchasing natural gas under the terms and conditions of this Agreement at 10:00 A.M. Eastern Time on November 1, 2007, at which time the Agreement For Transporation With Firm Gas Standby between Xxxxxxxxxx-Lubeca Plastic Containers USA, Inc., dated December 15, 2000, shall terminate.
INITIAL SERVICE. Xxxxxx agrees to begin transporting gas for Buyer at 10:00 A.M. Eastern Time on August 1, 2006, or as soon thereafter as Buyer, or Xxxxx's agent, has Natural Gas available for delivery to Buyer.
INITIAL SERVICE. Seller agrees to begin transporting gas for Buyer at 10:00 A.M. Eastern Time on October 1, 2003, at which time the Transportation Agreement between Seller and Providence Hospital NE dated March 20, 2000 shall terminate.
INITIAL SERVICE. Iron Mountain will provide the Software Service described in any Schedule to Customer for the Subscription Period specified therein according to such Schedule.
INITIAL SERVICE. Xxxxxx agrees to begin transporting gas for Buyer at 10:00 A.M. Eastern Time on September 1, 2015, at which time the Transportation Agreement between Xxxxxxxx Farms of South Carolina, Inc. and Seller dated December 13, 1995, shall terminate.
