Common use of Degree Program Clause in Contracts

Degree Program. Associates Bachelor's Master's Doctoral Incentive pay shall be issued as a one-time lump sum payment as follows: 2.5% for an Associate or Bachelor's Degree Program completion, and 5% for a Master's or Doctoral Degree Program completion. The payment of incentive pay does not affect classification dates or classification increases. The education incentive shall be limited to one ( l) payment of one degree per bargaining unit member per fiscal year.
