Definitive Interconnection Study Process Security Requirements. The security required in lieu of demonstrating readiness at each Readiness Milestone is identified below (and also provided in Appendix 8-B). The security amount is dependent on whether the Interconnection Customer satisfied a Readiness Milestone and which phase of the Definitive Interconnection Study Process the Interconnection Customer is entering. The security described below for Readiness Milestones M1-M3 shall be in the form of an irrevocable letter of credit upon which the Utility may draw, or cash. The M4 security may be in the same from as the M1-M3 security or may also be in the form of a surety bond or other financial arrangement that is acceptable to the Utility.   • Developer and Connecting Transmission Owner Notice Developer and Connecting Transmission Owner shall each notify the other Party, first orally and then in writing, of the release of any Hazardous Substances, any asbestos or lead abatement activities, or any type of remediation activities related to the Large Generating Facility or the Attachment Facilities, each of which may reasonably be expected to affect the other Party. The notifying Party shall: (i) provide the notice as soon as practicable, provided such Party makes a good faith effort to provide the notice no later than twenty-four hours after such Party becomes aware of the occurrence; and (ii) promptly furnish to the other Party copies of any publicly available reports filed with any Governmental Authorities addressing such events.

  • Connecting Transmission Owner’s Scope of Work and Responsibilities The Connecting Transmission Owner will design, construct, own, operate and maintain all Connecting Transmission Owner’s Interconnection Facilities, except as otherwise stated above and in the Project Specific Specifications. The Connecting Transmission Owner will complete all engineering reviews, field verifications and witness testing, etc. in accordance with the ESBs and the Project Specific Specifications. Connecting Transmission Owner shall provide the revenue metering CT/PT units and meter socket enclosure. The Connecting Transmission Owner shall:  provide, run, and wire both ends of the color-coded cable for the revenue metering instrument transformer secondary wiring;  perform all terminations; and  supply and install the meter. The revenue meter may require a communications link to the RTU. The Connecting Transmission Owner will specify and run those communications cables. The Connecting Transmission Owner shall complete all wiring, testing and commissioning of the RTU.

  • CONNECTING TRANSMISSION OWNER’S INTERCONNECTION FACILITIES As depicted on the one-line diagram in Attachment 3, the Connecting Transmission Owner’s Interconnection Facilities consist of the following constructed or installed between the POI and PCO, as well as metering and telecommunications located at the Xxxxxxxxx Solar Collector Substation.

  • Construction Clearing All timber is designated for cutting that is within the clearing limits of roads constructed hereunder or is in other authorized clearings. All dead or unstable live trees are designated for cutting that are sufficiently tall to reach Purchaser’s landings or the roadbed of Specified and Temporary Roads when Marked in advance of felling of timber in the immediate vicinity. Pieces meeting Utilization Standards from such dead or unstable live trees shall be removed, unless there is agreement that to do so could damage the road. Such designation may be revised as part of agreed changes in road location under B5.2.

  • Interconnection Customer’s Interconnection Facilities Construction The Interconnection Customer’s Interconnection Facilities shall be designed and constructed in accordance with Good Utility Practice. Within one hundred twenty (120) Calendar Days after the Commercial Operation Date, unless the Participating TO and Interconnection Customer agree on another mutually acceptable deadline, the Interconnection Customer shall deliver to the Participating TO and CAISO “as-built” drawings, information and documents for the Interconnection Customer’s Interconnection Facilities and the Electric Generating Unit(s), such as: a one-line diagram, a site plan showing the Large Generating Facility and the Interconnection Customer’s Interconnection Facilities, plan and elevation drawings showing the layout of the Interconnection Customer’s Interconnection Facilities, a relay functional diagram, relaying AC and DC schematic wiring diagrams and relay settings for all facilities associated with the Interconnection Customer's step-up transformers, the facilities connecting the Large Generating Facility to the step-up transformers and the Interconnection Customer’s Interconnection Facilities, and the impedances (determined by factory tests) for the associated step-up transformers and the Electric Generating Units. The Interconnection Customer shall provide the Participating TO and the CAISO specifications for the excitation system, automatic voltage regulator, Large Generating Facility control and protection settings, transformer tap settings, and communications, if applicable. Any deviations from the relay settings, machine specifications, and other specifications originally submitted by the Interconnection Customer shall be assessed by the Participating TO and the CAISO pursuant to the appropriate provisions of this LGIA and the LGIP.
