DEFINITIONS AND GUIDELINES. Contractors shall provide interpreter services in compliance with the definitions and guidelines established for DARS Office for Deaf and Hard of Hearing Services (DARS DHHS) Communication Access Maximum Rates and Guidelines. The DARS DHHS Communication Access Maximum Rates and Guidelines will be made available on the internet at xxxx://xxx.xxxx.xxxxx.xx.xx/dhhs/providers/casrates.shtml. Revisions to the rates and guidelines are made periodically. Notice of upcoming changes will be published on the website at least 30 days in advance of the effective date of the changes. A revision log noting all revisions since the DARS DHHS Communication Access Maximum Rates and Guidelines went online is available on the website. Each contractor is responsible for maintaining compliance with the most recent DARS DHHS Communication Access Maximum Rates and Guidelines. The website is the DARS preferred method of providing access to the DARS DHHS Communication Access Maximum Rates and Guidelines and any revisions. DEFINITIONS AND GUIDELINES. 13.1.1 A grievance is an allegation by a grievant that he or she has been adversely affected by a violation, misapplication, or misinterpretation of any of the provisions of this Agreement. If more than one faculty member has been adversely affected by an identical violation, misinterpretation or misapplication of this Agreement, the Association may process a grievance for all faculty members of the group. When such a class grievance is declared, the resolution (relief sought) shall be applicable to all affected faculty members.

DEFINITIONS AND GUIDELINES. Grievance: A complaint filed by an employee, a group of employees, or the Union that alleges a violation, misinterpretation, administration, or application of the ratified Collective Bargaining Agreement.
