DEFINITIONS AND BASIC PROVISIONS shall be amended as follows:

  • Tenant shall pay to Landlord, at the times and in the manner herein provided, the Minimum Annual Rent specified in DEFINITIONS AND BASIC PROVISIONS above.

  • The Demised Premises contain approximately the number of square feet of floor area specified in DEFINITIONS AND BASIC PROVISIONS.

  • The DEFINITIONS AND BASIC PROVISIONS set forth above are only for convenience and reference purposes.

  • The recommendation will remain posted to the dedicated webpage and the ITB/RFQ bulletin board in the Procurement Services Department for a period of at least three working days.

  • For the fractional year ending on December 31st first following the rental commencement date, depending upon the rental commencement date, proration shall be in accordance with the DEFINITIONS AND BASIC PROVISIONS specified above.

  • The term of the Lease shall be for the period specified in DEFINITIONS AND BASIC PROVISIONS and shall commence on the occurrence of either of the following events, whichever shall first occur.

  • Special Categories of Data means personal data revealing racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, or trade union membership, and the processing of genetic data, biometric data for the purpose of uniquely identifying a natural person, data concerning health or data concerning a natural person's sex life or sexual orientation;

  • Additional Clauses means the additional Clauses specified in paragraph 2.1 of Annex A to this Contract that were requested in the Order by the CUSTOMER and that shall apply to this Contract.

  • Specific Terms and Conditions means the specific terms and conditions as described in section 6.1 (and, in relation to an Agreement between Envestra and a Network User, means the Specific Terms and Conditions which form part of that Agreement).
