DEFINITION SUPERINTENDENT AND ASSOCIATION. Unless otherwise indicated, the "Superintendent" when used in this Agreement is understood to mean the Superintendent of Schools of the District, and the term "Association" is understood to mean the Winooski Education Association or its designated representative or representatives.
