Definition of Notice. Notice means (unless the contrary is stated in these terms and conditions) one term's written notice given by both parent(s)/guardian(s), one of the parent(s)/guardian(s) with the prior written consent of the other parent/guardian before the first day of term, addressed to and received by the either the Principal and/or Vice Principal.
