DEFINITION OF EMERGENCY. For purposes of this Agreement, an emergency will be defined as any situation declared by the Governor of Ohio or the Superintendent of the Highway Patrol or his/her designee, which jeopardizes the health, safety and/or welfare of the State or any portion thereof, its property and/or the residence.
