DEFECTIVE MANAGEMENT INFORMATION 5.1 The Supplier acknowledges that it is essential that the Authority receives timely and accurate Management Information pursuant to this Framework Agreement because Management Information is used by the Authority to inform strategic decision making and allows it to calculate the Management Charge.
MANAGEMENT INFORMATION AND FORMAT 2.1 The Supplier agrees to provide timely, full, accurate and complete MI Reports to the Authority which incorporates the data, in the correct format, required by the MI Reporting Template. The initial MI Reporting Template is set out in the Annex to this Framework Schedule 9.
Management and Administration Except as otherwise provided herein, this Agreement shall be managed and administered by the Parties, Members, and State Consumer Advocates through the Members Committee and the Reliability Committee as a Standing Committee thereof, except as delegated to the Office of the Interconnection and except that only the PJM Board shall have the authority to approve and authorize the filing of amendments to this Agreement with the FERC. Files Management and Record Retention relating to Grantee and Administration of this Agreement a. The Grantee shall maintain books, records, and documents in accordance with generally accepted accounting procedures and practices which sufficiently and properly reflect all expenditures of funds provided by Florida Housing under this Agreement.

Management Information Systems A. The CONTRACTOR shall maintain a process that collects, analyzes, integrates, and reports data. (42 C.F.R. § 438.242(a); Cal. Code Regs., tit. 9, § 1810.376.) This process shall provide information on areas including, but not limited to, utilization, claims, grievances, and appeals. (42 C.F.R. § 438.242(a).)
Minor and Administrative Errors A Competent Authority shall notify the Competent Authority of the other Party when the first-mentioned Competent Authority has reason to believe that administrative errors or other minor errors may have led to incorrect or incomplete information reporting or resulted in other infringements of this Agreement. The Competent Authority of such other Party shall apply its domestic law (including applicable penalties) to obtain corrected and/or complete information or to resolve other infringements of this Agreement.
General Requirements and Administration 2.1 The DEVELOPER agrees that the Property shall be developed and used only in accordance with and subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
Information and Services 2.1.1 The Owner shall provide full information in a timely manner regarding the requirements of the Project, including the Owner’s objectives, constraints and criteria, space requirements and relationships, flexibility and expandability requirements, special equipment and systems, and site requirements as reasonably requested by Construction Manager in writing.
Procurement Related Complaints and Administrative Review 49.1 The procedures for making a Procurement-related Complaint are as specified in the TDS.
