LICENCE AND SOFTWARE USAGE FLEXIBILITY. 7.1 The SUPPLIER shall agree licence and software usage flexibility with Customers as required for each Contract. 8.1 If the SUPPLIER has been successful it shall perform its obligations stated in the SUPPLIER’s Tender response to questions L4B2, L4B3, L10B2 and L10B3 as set out in Schedule 16.
