Death Benefit On or After Benefit Commencement. Upon death of the Executive after the Executive is entitled to or begins receiving the Normal Retirement Benefit, Early Retirement Benefit, Other Separation from Service Benefit, Disability Benefit or Change in Control payments under Section 3.1, Section 3.2, Section 3.3 , Section 3.4 or Section 3.7 but before receiving a total of one hundred eighty (180) monthly installments of such benefit payments, the Executive’s Beneficiary will receive the monthly amount payable had the Executive lived, payable for a total of one hundred eighty (180) monthly installments less the number of monthly installments already paid.
