Common use of Day Workers Clause in Contracts

Day Workers. Day workers, when requested to work other than their normal hours, shall be paid at the rate of two times their regular rate for the first period of work at the new hours.

Day Workers. Day workers, when requested to work other than their normal hours, workers for all time worked in excess of or outside the ordinary working hours and times prescribed by this Agreement shall be paid at the rate of two times their regular rate time and one-half for the first period of work two hours and at the new hoursrate of double time thereafter.
