Common use of Day-to-Day Operations Clause in Contracts

Day-to-Day Operations. The Manager may appoint such officers of the Company as the Manager determines from time to time to be necessary or convenient for the conduct of the Company’s business. Such officers shall perform such duties and have such powers as from time to time may be assigned to them by the Manager or otherwise provided herein. All checking and deposit accounts of the Company shall be in the name of the Company and shall require such signatures as shall be designated by the Manager.
