Day-to-Day Operations. The Company shall be managed by a President. The Board of Managers delegates to the President the authority to oversee and supervise the Company's business. Except as otherwise provided in this Agreement, the President shall be authorized to determine all questions relating to the day-to-day conduct, operation and management of the business of the Company. The President shall be responsible to the Board of Managers.

Day-to-Day Operations. The Manager may appoint such officers of the Company as the Manager determines from time to time to be necessary or convenient for the conduct of the Company’s business. Such officers shall perform such duties and have such powers as from time to time may be assigned to them by the Manager or otherwise provided herein. All checking and deposit accounts of the Company shall be in the name of the Company and shall require such signatures as shall be designated by the Manager.
Day-to-Day Operations. The Director of Palouse Prairie School will determine the day-to-day operations of the school. The Governing Board will have oversight authority.

Day-to-Day Operations. The day-to-day operations of Charter School shall be conducted through and by Charter School administrators as set forth in the School’s Charter Agreement.
Day-to-Day Operations. Notwithstanding anything in this Agreement to the contrary, the day-to-day operations, business and affairs of the LLC shall be managed by the Board of Managers and, as delegated by the Board of Managers, by the officers of the LLC. The Board of Managers shall have the power and authority, on behalf of the LLC, to take or authorize any actions of any kind not inconsistent with this Agreement and that the Board of Managers deems necessary or appropriate to carry on the business and purposes of the LLC. The actions of the Board of Managers shall bind the LLC.
