DATE OF VALUE. The CONSULTANT shall clearly state the Date of Value (the date the property was last inspected by the CONSULTANT) and the Date of Report. These dates shall be as congruent as possible. It is preferred that the date of value and date of report differ by NO MORE THAN 30 days.

  • LIMITATION OF VALUE Occupant agrees that in no event shall the total value of all property stored be deemed to exceed $5000.00 unless Owner has given permission in writing for Occupant to store property exceeding that value. Occupant agrees that the maximum value for any claim or suit by Occupant, including but not limited to any suit which alleges wrongful or improper foreclosure or sale of the contents of a storage unit is the total value referenced above. Nothing in this section shall be deemed to create any liability on the part of Owner to Occupant for any lost or damage to Occupant's property, regardless of cause.

  • Best Value 12.1 The Council has a statutory duty to provide Best Value pursuant to the provisions of the Local Government Act 1999 which includes the need for continuous improvement in the standard of the Services and quality within financial restrictions. The Service Provider shall work with the Council to identify develop and deliver Best Value services under the terms and conditions of this Supplier Agreement within available resources.

The Subcontractor shall be bound by any adjudication or award in any action or proceeding resolving such a claim.

  • Early Payment Discount The City of Houston’s standard payment term is to pay 30 days after receipt of invoice or receipt of goods or services, whichever is later, according to the requirements of the Texas Prompt Payment Act (Tex. Gov’t Code, Ch. 2251). However, the City will pay in less than 30 days in return for an early payment discount from Contractor as follows: Payment Time - 10 Days: 2% Discount Payment Time - 20 Days: 1% Discount

  • Payment of VAT Where any taxable supply for VAT purposes is made under or in connection with this contract by one party to the other the payer shall, in addition to any payment required for that supply, pay such VAT as is chargeable in respect of it.
