Common use of Date of Receipt Clause in Contracts

Date of Receipt. Each Record sent pursuant to this section will be deemed to have been received on (i) the date of delivery to an authorized employee of Lender, if delivered in person, or by U.S. mail, overnight courier, fax, or e-mail; or (ii) the date of transmission, if sent as an Electronic Record through Lender’s CEO portal or similar secure electronic channel to which the parties have agreed.
