Time for Processing Sample Clauses
Time for Processing. Grievances shall be processed at times mutually acceptable to the parties. Time limits for the processing of grievances may be extended by mutual consent of the parties. If, after a grievance is timely filed, it is not timely processed by the respective parties, it shall be deemed to advance the grievance to the next step.
Time for Processing. The Freedom of Information and Privacy Office shall respond to valid requests for access within twenty working days of the date of receipt of the request letter. The time for response may be extended an additional ten working days for good cause, provided that the Freedom of In- formation and Privacy Office notifies the requester in writing.
