Common use of Date of Operation Clause in Contracts

Date of Operation. The Agreement shall commence operation seven (7) days following approval of the Agreement by the Fair Work Commission. The nominal expiration date of the Agreement shall be 30 June 2025. The parties agree to commence negotiations for a replacement agreement no later than 6 months prior to the nominal expiry date of this agreement.
