DATE OF OPERATION AND DURATION. This Agreement is made pursuant to section 182 of the Fair Work Act 2009. This Agreement comes into operation on the day after the nominal expiry date of the CSIRO Enterprise Agreement 2017 – 2020; or seven days after it is approved by the Fair Work Commission, whichever is the later. The nominal expiry date of this Agreement will be three years from the date of commencement.
