Databases and Data Transfer. The Daily Feed will be loaded into a database called OPSimport. A nightly batch process will then load such data into the OPSBatch database. Afterwards a process called “Sync” in the nightly batch process will move some data points to OPSPortal, which is the database with which all JPMC end-consumer calls will interact. All three (3) of these databases will be isolated and secured within Supplier’s environment. Any other data which may be transferred to the Supplier’s data warehouse environment will be transferred over a secure connection using access controlled applications.

  • Data Transfer 11.1 The Processor may not transfer or authorize the transfer of Data to countries outside the EU and/or the European Economic Area (EEA) without the prior written consent of the Company. If personal data processed under this Agreement is transferred from a country within the European Economic Area to a country outside the European Economic Area, the Parties shall ensure that the personal data are adequately protected. To achieve this, the Parties shall, unless agreed otherwise, rely on EU approved standard contractual clauses for the transfer of personal data.

  • Database File The Servicer will provide the Successor Servicer with a magnetic tape (in a format reasonably acceptable to the Indenture Trustee and the Servicer) containing the database file for each Contract (i) as of the Initial Cutoff Date, (ii) the Subsequent Cutoff Date, (iii) thereafter, as of the last day of the preceding Due Period on each Determination Date prior to a Service Transfer and (iv) on and as of the Business Day before the actual commencement of servicing functions by the Successor Servicer following the occurrence of a Service Transfer.

  • Data Rights User retains all rights over any data and other information that User may provide, upload, transfer or make available in relation to, or which is collected from User’s devices or equipment by, the Software, including, without limitation, information pertaining to how the Software obtains, uses, and respond to inputs, location, ambient conditions, and other information related to use and operation of the Software with Honeywell or third-party products, software or websites (“Usage Data”).   • DOCUMENTATION; RECORDS OF PROCESSING Each party is responsible for its compliance with its documentation requirements, in particular maintaining records of processing where required under Data Protection Law. Each party shall reasonably assist the other party in its documentation requirements, including providing the information the other party needs from it in a manner reasonably requested by the other party (such as using an electronic system), in order to enable the other party to comply with any obligations relating to maintaining records of processing.

  • Background Data The Disclosing Party's Background Data, if any, will be identified in a separate technical document.

  • Data Use Each party may use Connected Account Data in accordance with this Agreement and the consent (if any) each obtains from each Connected Account. This consent includes, as to Stripe, consent it receives via the Connected Account Agreement.

  • Data Encryption Contractor must encrypt all State data at rest and in transit, in compliance with FIPS Publication 140-2 or applicable law, regulation or rule, whichever is a higher standard.   • Fund Data 8.1. The Fund (i) will provide or ensure that other Persons provide all Fund Data to DST in an electronic format that is acceptable to DST (or as otherwise agreed in writing) and (ii) confirm that each has the right to so share such Fund Data. As between DST and the Fund, all Fund Data shall remain the property of the applicable Fund. Fund Data shall not be used or disclosed by DST other than in connection with providing the Services and as permitted under Section 11. Subject to the terms of this Agreement, DST shall be permitted to act upon instructions from an Authorized Person with respect to the disclosure or disposition of Fund Data but may refuse to act upon such instructions where it doubts, reasonably and in good faith, the authenticity or authority of such instructions.
