Technology Integration. (a) B2B shall pay for, oversee and supervise the design, implementation and installation of all software, protocols and interfaces necessary to integrate the E-Commerce System, the B2B Site, the EC Site and the related e-commerce, electronic ordering, inventory management, processing systems and other systems of B2B, Enviro-Clean and Enviro-Clean's vendors to ensure that the services to be rendered under this Agreement can be rendered as contemplated.
Technology Integration. Following the Effective Date, Seller shall cooperate with Buyer’s reasonable requests for data related to the Properties and shall deliver such data in a form and manner reasonably requested by Buyer. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, within five (5) Business Days after the Effective Date, Seller shall provide Buyer a full database backup, including all data and DDL, of the Yardi, AMP and Sage Fixed Assets technology systems (collectively, the “Technology Systems”) and related data used in the conduct of its property management operations, including all Yardi attachments and custom report code files (owned by the Seller), each as of January 31, 2015. Seller shall provide Buyer cumulative updates of the Technology Systems and related data on the last business day of each calendar week up to thirty (30) days following the initial Closing. The set of information as of the last business day of the prior calendar month shall contain accurate information that is complete and correct in all material 13106722_20.doc 24 respects, including as it relates to payments and prepayments of rent, security deposits and the disposition thereof, move-in and move-out dates, occupancy, promises to pay and eviction status.
Technology Integration. XXXXXX & XXXXX systems shall have the ability to interface, at XXXXXX & NOBLE’s sole expense, with current or future CUESTA COLLEGE systems.

The integration of the Lumber Company's ----------------------- and Buildscape's information systems and the development of a highly integrated computer interface, including business rules and data formats for the purposes of conducting product transactions through the Lumber Company Site will generally take place in accordance with the mutually agreed terms that will be incorporated in the amendment to this Agreement contemplated by Subsection 2.4 hereof. Technology Integration. On a case-by-case basis, Motivate will discuss with Manager and the City opportunities for technologies developed by the City or community partners to integrate with Motivate APIs in order to enhance the Program.

The contractor shall perform efforts required to integrate a functioning, performing, and qualified technology element developed in Section 3.2 into a system-level configuration to produce an enhanced EO/IR LMAMS ready for technology demonstration in Section 3.4. This effort includes design, fabrication, and testing supported by simulation-based analysis.
Technology Integration. Seller, at Seller's expense, shall cause all Financing Statements covering any of the Assets that are filed by or on behalf of Technology Integration Financial Services, Inc. (or any of its agents, affiliates or designees) to be released of record as soon as reasonably practical after the Closing Date with Seller acting diligently and in good faith, but in any event such releases shall be fully released of record no later than ninety (90) days following the Closing Date. Seller and Purchaser shall reasonably cooperate with each other as may be reasonably necessary to carry out the intent of this paragraph.
