Customer-Obtained Facilities. Customer is responsible for ensuring that all equipment, software, wiring, power sources, telephone connections and/or communications services necessary for inter-connection with Verizon’s network or otherwise for use in conjunction with VCE are compatible with Verizon’s requirements (including being certified by Verizon for use with VCE) and that they continue to be compatible with subsequent revision levels of Verizon-provided equipment, software and services.

Customer-Obtained Facilities. Customer is responsible for obtaining, installing, and maintaining all equipment, software, wiring, power sources, telephone connections and/or communications services necessary for inter-connection with MCI WorldCom’s network or otherwise for use in conjunction with the applicable Services (“Facilities”). Customer is responsible for ensuring that such Facilities are compatible with MCI WorldCom’s requirements and that they continue to be compatible with subsequent revision levels of MCI WorldCom-provided equipment, software and services. MCI WorldCom is not responsible for the availability, capacity and/or condition of any Facilities not provided by MCI WorldCom. The Customer shall obtain and hereby grants to MCI WorldCom all licenses, waivers, consents, or registrations necessary to deliver, install, and keep installed at the Customer site the MCI WorldCom equipment.
Customer-Obtained Facilities. Except as otherwise expressly stated herein, Customer is responsible for obtaining, installing, configuring and maintaining all equipment (including, but not limited to, SIP Phones, gateways and firewalls), software, wiring, power sources, telephone connections and/or communications services necessary for inter-connection with Verizon’s network or otherwise for use in conjunction with VoIP Service (“Facilities”). Customer is responsible for ensuring that such Facilities are compatible with Verizon’s requirements (including being certified for use with VoIP Service where applicable), and that they continue to be compatible with subsequent revision levels of Verizon-provided equipment, software and services. Customer is responsible for operation and configuration of its computer(s) and LAN/WAN. If Customer connects any Facilities to VoIP Service that Customer reasonably should know may not be compatible with VoIP service, Customer is solely responsible for any effects that arise from that connection on VoIP service, equipment or software of Verizon, Customer, or any third party, and Customer waives any claims against Verizon relating to the performance of VoIP service. Customer is responsible for ensuring that such Facilities are compatible with TMMN’s requirements (including being certified by TMMN for use with the Service and that they continue to be compatible with subsequent TMMN-provided equipment, software and services). Customer is responsible for operation and configuration of its computer(s) and LAN/WAN. If Customer connects any Facilities to the Service that Customer reasonably should know may not be compatible with the Service, Customer is solely responsible for any effects that arise from that connection on the Service or equipment, or the software of TMMN, Customer, or any third party, and Customer waives any claims against TMMN relating to the performance of the Service.

  • Customer Equipment Customer represents and warrants that it owns or has the legal right and authority, and will continue to own or maintain the legal right and authority during the term of this Agreement, to place and use the Customer Equipment as contemplated by this Agreement. Customer further represents and warrants that its placement, arrangement, and use of the Customer Equipment in the Internet Data Centers complies with the Customer Equipment Manufacturer's environmental and other specifications.

  • Verizon OSS Facilities Any gateways, interfaces, databases, facilities, equipment, software, or systems, used by Verizon to provide Verizon OSS Services to CBB.

  • BUYER'S FACILITIES 1. Buyer will maintain at its own expense facilities from the delivery point to the point of use and the burners and equipment for using gas, and Buyer will at all times keep gas-using equipment on said premises in a condition conforming with such reasonable rules and regulations as may be prescribed therefore by regulatory authority having jurisdiction thereover and with the requirements of any valid law thereto appertaining. In the event that rules are not prescribed by a regulatory authority, Buyer will abide by codes as used in the gas industry.

  • Interconnection Customer’s Interconnection Facilities The Interconnection Customer shall design, procure, construct, install, own and/or control the Interconnection Customer’s Interconnection Facilities described in Appendix A at its sole expense.

  • Existing Facilities Each of the Existing Facilities shall be repaid in full and terminated and all collateral security therefor shall be released, and the Administrative Agent shall have received pay-off letters in form and substance satisfactory to it evidencing such repayment, termination and release.

  • Underground Facilities All underground pipelines, conduits, ducts, cables, wires, manholes, vaults, tanks, tunnels, or other such facilities or attachments, and any encasements containing such facilities, including without limitation those that convey electricity, gases, steam, liquid petroleum products, telephone or other communications, cable television, water, wastewater, storm water, other liquids or chemicals, or traffic or other control systems.

  • Generating Facility The Interconnection Customer’s device for the production of electricity identified in the Interconnection Request, but shall not include the Interconnection Customer’s Interconnection Facilities.

  • Interconnection Facilities 4.1.1 The Interconnection Customer shall pay for the cost of the Interconnection Facilities itemized in Attachment 2 of this Agreement. The NYISO, in consultation with the Connecting Transmission Owner, shall provide a best estimate cost, including overheads, for the purchase and construction of its Interconnection Facilities and provide a detailed itemization of such costs. Costs associated with Interconnection Facilities may be shared with other entities that may benefit from such facilities by agreement of the Interconnection Customer, such other entities, the NYISO, and the Connecting Transmission Owner.

  • Services and Facilities The Procuring Entity shall make available to the Service Provider the Services and Facilities listed under Appendix F.

  • Shared Facilities The Parties acknowledge and agree that certain of the Shared Facilities and Interconnection Facilities, and Seller’s rights and obligations under the Interconnection Agreement, may be subject to certain shared facilities and/or co-tenancy agreements to be entered into among Seller, the Transmission Provider, Seller’s Affiliates, and/or third parties pursuant to which certain Interconnection Facilities may be subject to joint ownership and shared maintenance and operation arrangements; provided, such agreements (i) shall permit Seller to perform or satisfy, and shall not purport to limit, its obligations hereunder, and (ii) provide for separate metering of the Facility.
