Current Issues means the three (3) most recent published issues of the Journal.
Current Issues means the most recent Print-based issue of the Publications prior to the Effective Date and all Print-based promotional materials associated with the publication of any of them;

  • Event Issue Value means, with respect to any Common Unit as of any date of determination, (i) in the case of a Revaluation Event that includes the issuance of Common Units pursuant to a public offering and solely for cash, the price paid for such Common Units, or (ii) in the case of any other Revaluation Event, the Closing Price of the Common Units on the date of such Revaluation Event or, if the General Partner determines that a value for the Common Unit other than such Closing Price more accurately reflects the Event Issue Value, the value determined by the General Partner.

  • Year 2000 Issues means anticipated costs, problems and uncertainties associated with the inability of certain computer applications to effectively handle data including dates on and after January 1, 2000, as such inability affects the business, operations and financial condition of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries and of the Borrower's and its Subsidiaries' material customers, suppliers and vendors.

  • Test Issue means any variance or non-conformity of the Services or Deliverables from their requirements as set out in the Call Off Contract;

  • Current Maturities means the scheduled payments of principal on all indebtedness for borrowed money having an original term of more than one year (including but not limited to amortization of capital or finance lease obligations), as shown on the Borrower’s Financial Statements as of one year prior to the date of determination.

  • Positive placement means that the graduate is employed full or part-time in the profession or in a related field; or continuing his/her education; or serving in the military. A related field is one in which the individual is using cognitive, psychomotor, and affective competencies acquired in the educational program.

  • Model Articles means the model articles for private companies limited by shares contained in Schedule 1 of the Companies (Model Articles) Regulations 2008 (SI 2008/3229) as amended prior to the adoption of these articles;

  • Series B Original Issue Date means the date on which the first share of Series B Preferred Stock was issued.

  • Common Issue means: Did the Settling Defendants conspire to fix, raise, maintain, stabilize, control, or enhance unreasonably the prices of currency purchased in the FX Market?

  • Issues means points, matters, or concerns to be addressed during negotiations.

  • Designated CMT Maturity Index means the original period to maturity of the United States Treasury securities (either 1, 2, 3, 5, 7, 10, 20 or 30 years) specified on the face hereof with respect to which the CMT Rate will be calculated or, if no such maturity is specified on the face hereof, 2 years.
